Saraspa membership

signYou must be a SaraSpa member to access club facilities.

Two types of memberships are available, Adult and Senior (65+):

A membership year is from October 1st to September 30th.

If you are a new member joining between April 1 to September 30th, a half year rate applies.

If you are a renewing member and it is after December 1st, a $25 late fee applies.

How to Join SaraSpa (Revised 17 October 2009)

  1. Read the Range Rules thoroughly. Ask any questions you may have during your walk through in Step 3 below. As a member you will be responsible for following all of the club's rules. Review the Club Notices page for additions to the rules.
  2. Complete an application for membership. You may download a membership application.
  3. Participate in a facilities walkthrough with a member of the Board.  Walkthroughs are held on the last Saturday of each month starting at 9 AM.
  4. Bring the following items to the walkthrough:
    1. Completed membership application
    2. Payment (check or money order please) for the required dues and initiation fee
    3. A photo ID
  5. After completion of the walkthrough and acceptance of payment, you will be issued an entry key.
  6. Your application will be voted on at the next meeting of the Board of Directors which are held the first Wednesday of each month.
  7. Once your membership is approved you will then have 24x7 access to the club facilities, including the indoor range.

How to Renew Your SaraSpa Membership

  1. Every August SaraSpa sends out a newsletter to all members. Included in the newsletter mailing is a membership application for use in renewing membership. Simply fill out the application and include the appropriate renewal amount per the above fee schedule.
  2. If an existing member does not receive a mailing (e.g., address change) they may download a membership application or pick one up in the clubhouse.
