Saraspa membership

Four types of memberships are available:

A membership year is from October 1st to September 30th.

If you are a new member joining between April 1 to September 30th, a half year rate applies.

If you are a renewing member and it is after December 1st, a $25 late fee applies.

How to Join SaraSpa

  1. Read the Range Rules thoroughly. Ask any questions you may have during your walkthrough in Step 3 below. As a member you will be responsible for following all of the club's rules. Review the Club Notices page for additions to the rules.
  2. Complete an application for membership. You may download a membership application.
  3. Participate in a facilities walk-through with a member of the Board. This can happen at a monthly meeting, or by arrangement with a member of the Board of Directors.

*** Important *** You cannot be considered for membership until you have had a walk-thru and it is signed off by a Board member!!

  1. Have your application annotated by the Board member that gave you the walk through.
  2. Submit your application along with the necessary dues/fees.
    1. Mail your application to our PO Box, or
    2. Bring your application and payment to a monthly BOD meeting.
  3. Your application will be voted on at the next meeting of the Board of Directors (monthly).
  4. A key card will be issued in your name, and a membership number will be assigned to you. You will then have 24x7 access to the club facilities, including the indoor range.
