Renting the indoor Range

SaraSpa periodically rents the Indoor Range for group functions.

Range Rental Coordinator

Procedure

  1. Contact the SaraSpa Range Rental Coordinator.
  2. Request your dates and times at least 30 days in advance.
  3. The Coordinator will present your request to the Board of Directors at their next meeting (1st Wednesday of each month), and will vote on the request.
  4. The Coordinator will contact you with the Board of Directors decision, and possibly present alternative dates / times.

Rental Rules

  1. Please bear in mind that you are renting the indoor range. Keep all firearms on the indoor range.
  2. General members of the club will have access to the meeting room, hallway and bathrooms.
  3. ALL renters will abide by the SaraSpa Rod & Gun Club Range Rules & Bylaws that apply (copies of the Range Rules & Club Bylaws are available inside the clubhouse).
  4. ONLY THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF SPORTSMANSHIP WILL BE TOLERATED. ANYTHING LESS WILL BE GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL FROM THE BUILDING(S) AND GROUNDS.
  5. ALL rentals must have 30 days notice for Board of Directors approval, given on the 1st Wednesday of each month.
  6. All rentals must be paid two weeks prior to rental date, and is non refundable.
  7. The gun club requires that at least one member of the club be present for the duration of your rental. This is a requirement of our insurance provider, and is not negotiable. This requirement may be met by either you joining the club, or one of your group joining the club.
